RIP

After nearly 20 years the plant that Jeffrey R. Holland left on the curb when leaving the BYU Presidents Home has perished.  It is just a stick.  We are going to leave it outside to see if a miracle will revive it.  Jeff retrieved the plant, a silly joke book, a pair of sneakers, and a cookbook.  He was driving the BYU trashtruck way back when, and couldn't throw these good things away.  The sneakers we gave to my mom who gave them to my sister, and we still have the other 3 things---although we have nearly tossed the silly joke book several times.
